The Passing of Mark Anderson
It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friend and colleague, Mark Anderson. Mark's passion for life, along with his quick wit and boundless wisdom, was a centerpiece of our firm for over 25 years. His life-long work for Indian Country will stand as an ongoing tribute to his skill, brilliance, and dedication to his Band and to Indian people throughout the Country. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him as well as by those who benefited from his incredible legal talent.
RESOLVING LEGAL ISSUES IN INDIAN COUNTRY FOR OVER 30 YEARS
For over 30 years, the Jacobson Law Group has provided outstanding, yet affordable, legal services to Indian tribes and their business partners. Rejecting a one-size-fits-all approach to Indian law, we identify and respond to the unique history, issues, and needs of each community with which we work. As a team, our Indian-law experience is unequaled, and we provide sophisticated legal services in a wide variety of Indian-law settings, from elaborate business transactions to complex litigation to day-to-day tribal governance.
Our deeply rooted understanding of and respect for the traditional values of specific tribes can be traced to our attorneys' extensive legal and personal backgrounds. Half of our shareholders are members of federally recognized Indian tribes, and all of us have made Indian law the centerpiece of our careers.
